Cstomer Survey Answers

I sent an email to my customers asking a few questions so that I could learn more about them and their papercrafting needs. Here are the questions and my answers:

1) When is the last time you went to lunch with a friend? July 2009 - It was to Chuck E. Cheese so the kids could play. Does that count?

2) What is your favorite food? Salty - Mexican/ Sweet - Milka Chocolate

3) What kinds of greeting cards do you find most needed? i.e., birthday, thank you etc.

Thank you cards.

4) What is your favorite childhood memory? My visits to Germany to see my Great Grandparents and my Grandparents.

5) What type of papercrafting class would be most beneficial to you? For example, a small scrapbook class to scrap pics from a family event or holiday? Classes most beneficial to me are technique classes like Ribbon Inking.

6) What family activities are your favorite to scrapbook? Collin's baseball, Chaney's Horseback riding, birthdays, any holiday

7) What are the ages of your children? Collin, 9 and Chaney, 6
Or do you have pets and what type/how many? 2 cats, Bella and Buster
Do you have grandchildren, if so, how many? Ages? No

8) Would you mind sharing your favorite family recipe?

Corn Bread Dressing for Thanksgiving and Christmas Only

Cook 2 round pans of yellow cornbread as directed. Cook a full chicken in water until done. Break chicken into pieces without the skin. Keep the broth made from the boiled chicken. These items should be done the day before.

Next day - Cook 2 large onions until done, set aside. While preparing dressing, pre-heat oven to 375-400 degrees depending on your oven. Take broth from chicken and reheat. Using a large bowl, crumble cornbread into bowl. Add 3 large eggs, onions, boiled chicken pieces, salt and pepper to taste. Mix all together. Add this mixture to a large casserole dish (9 1/2 x 12) and pat down. Add the reheated chicken broth to casserole dish. If you need additional broth, add canned as needed. Add enough broth to make the mixture very juicy.

Place in oven and cook for 1 hour. Check to see if more broth is needed. The dressing should be very juicy and the top should be browned. If the top is not browned, use the broil option but only on low for a few minutes. Keep a watch on it so as not to burn the top. Serve with turkey gravy! Enjoy!

9) What is your favorite holiday and tradition? Christmas Eve we open our presents because of my German background. The children go to one of their rooms with Daddy and they wait to hear the "bell" that signals Santa has been to our house. They come out to see all the presents under the tree. I do not put any presents until that night!

10) If you could only choose one color from SU! which is your absolute favorite? Taken with Teal

Thanks for taking the time to read my blog! Have a blessed day!

Too Funny!

Twas the night before Christmas, I'm glued to the tree.
I'm wondering what Santa brought just for me.
Could it be cardstock or inkpads or lace?
Or some stamps, I said, with a smile on my face.
And that's when I heard him......"Hi Santa, " I said.
He replied, "You know....good girls should be in their beds".
"I know I should Santa,and now I've been caught.
But I was just so excited to see what you brought."
"Well, let's take a look in this room where you work".
He shook his head quickly, and left with a jerk.
I heard him exclaim as he put it in gear.
"You've got enough crap,I'll see you next year!"
